About the Role:
- This is a full-time appointment as a Magistrate to the Magistrates Court of the Australian Capital Territory.
- The Magistrates Court has jurisdiction over various matters, including adult and children's criminal cases, care and protection, civil disputes, and coronial inquests.
- The successful candidate will exercise the functions of a Magistrate as determined by the Chief Magistrate.
Key Responsibilities:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
