Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering all aspects of the dealership's IT infrastructure and hardware, ensuring that our systems are running efficiently and effectively.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with conflicting deadlines and commitments.

We are looking for a patient and adaptable individual who can build strong relationships with clients and other members of the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining IT infrastructure, software and networks, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain all dealership IT infrastructure and hardware
  • Maintain all dealership software
  • Be the point of contact for all IT providers
  • Communicate and coordinate with main IT provider
  • Communicate and coordinate with 3rd Party IT providers
  • Setup new PCs, including email accounts and log-ins
  • Troubleshoot internal IT issues
  • Assist staff with computer issues
  • Maintain internal computer network
  • Perform ad hoc duties as instructed by management

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products
  • Familiarity with basic tasks in Active Directory and Exchange admin console
  • Knowledge of TCPIP Networking, including DNS and DHCP
  • Familiarity with Windows Server Environment
  • Familiarity with computer networking

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Ability to understand and learn Dealership Management Systems i.e. Pentana
