QA Build, the construction arm of GemLife, delivers our projects with speed and precision. As part of our team, you'll work on industry-leading facilities with a construction business that values hands-on leadership, high standards, and team culture. We support you with the tools, resources, and autonomy to deliver with pride — and be part of something meaningful for the length of the project and then once successfully completed, move onto the next project

What You'll Be Doing- Manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
- Work closely with the internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life
- Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works
- Report on progress, budgets, and potential risks, while leading site meetings and inspections
- A hands-on, solutions-focused site leader with strong commercial construction experience
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-quality environments and knows how to drive programs to completion
- Experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings highly regarded
- Solid understanding of QLD building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations
