At our organization, we are seeking a senior-level software engineer to assume a leadership position and spearhead the development of innovative digital solutions.

About The Role

This position is ideal for an experienced software developer who possesses strong technical skills, a passion for innovation, and exceptional collaboration abilities.

We are looking for a talented individual who can lead a team of engineers in delivering cutting-edge software solutions within a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in software development, ML/AI engineering, and project management, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, as well as chartered or professional accreditation in a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience in stakeholder development and client relationship management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of engineers in developing software solutions that meet business needs.
  2. Drive hands-on software development efforts, including infrastructure procurement and administration.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope projects, estimate resources, and provide feedback on workload and timing.
  4. Demonstrate technical leadership and judicious use of ML/AI technologies, ensuring analytic solutions are matched to novel problems.
  5. Administer internal and external infrastructure to support ML/AI initiatives.
  6. Implement governance frameworks, development processes, and quality assurance systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development and ML/AI engineering.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills.
Desirable Criteria
  • Chartered or professional accreditation in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in a related field.
  • Experience in stakeholder development and client relationship management.
