Your role will involve hands-on engineering, mentoring junior team members, maintaining client relationships, and playing a key role in business leadership and project development.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers in delivering high-quality design and asset integrity services Conduct engineering investigations, design assessments, and oversee documentation Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules Develop and maintain strong client relationships Prepare proposals and cost estimates for new business opportunities Support team development and resourcing needs Actively participate in business leadership and development initiatives Promote continuous improvement and a safety-first culture About You You're a motivated engineering professional who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering meaningful solutions.
