As a seasoned leader in the field of engineering, we are seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to drive technical excellence and project success.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical, civil, structural or electrical engineering, with extensive experience managing complex projects from concept to completion. They will be responsible for overseeing the engineering and design aspects of mineral processing projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with clients, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

They will also be required to develop and implement effective project management strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
