Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital transformation and has a strong background in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop existing relationships and establish new contacts within the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance & Superannuation verticals.
  • Drive new business activity across your territory by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Strategically develop account and territory plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead and manage regional resources, working with top mobile developers and digital transformation consultants in the APAC region.
  • Develop offshore strategies for delivering key CX and BPO solutions, working closely with key business partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in selling consulting and professional services focused on digital transformation projects.
  • Desirable experience in selling Generative AI, CX, UX, App Dev, Lowcode, Cloud, BPO, etc.
  • Proven track record as a new business hunter, able to develop new business within existing and net new logos.
  • Mandatory contacts within a wide range of Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Superannuation customers.
  • A highly consultative approach, with a passion for all things digital and how transformation projects can improve the business world.
