The RoleWe are seeking a full-time Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our existing team to provide a high level of service to our clients and candidates. You will be responsible for arranging advertising of job vacancies, managing interviews, screening candidates, and running background checks.
You will also be responsible for worker and client management, including taking job specs from clients, site visits, ensuring effective communication, roster management, and ensuring all site rules are complied with. Additionally, you will be responsible for administration tasks, such as ensuring the database is up to date, data entry, timesheet management, and supporting weekly payroll runs.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will also be responsible for business development, including bringing new clients on board, cold calling, relationship building, marketing, and attending face-to-face meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment: Arranging advertising of job vacancies, managing interviews, screening candidates, and running background checks.

- Adaptable, flexible, resilient and ability to think outside the box.
- Willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic business.
- Must have reliable transport and a license.
