About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team at ALPA. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading high-volume, end-to-end recruitment activities, including strategy, screening, assessment, selection, and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Provide high-level candidate care and hiring manager guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to address and anticipate their recruitment needs

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in internal recruitment, managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience using a recruitment database (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
