As a Recycling Centre Attendant, you will be working amongst a team of people who are passionate about doing good for the environment and our community.This role is an important part of ensuring that customers return to recycling centres time and time again.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a great experience
  • Maintain a safe, clean, efficient, and professional environment for team members and customers
  • Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of reverse vending machines and sorting equipment
  • Monitor the recycling centre for any hazards and report concerns as they arise
Qualifications:
  • Passion for recycling and the environment
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service
  • Physical fitness for manual lifting tasks

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and manage competing priorities.

Able to perform manual lifting tasks safely and efficiently, maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Recycling Centre Attendants must be physically fit, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
