About the Position
This role plays a critical part in our member growth strategy, focusing on acquisition and retention across three key audiences: residential, asset finance, and commercial. The successful candidate will develop and execute targeted acquisition programs to grow broker membership, drive engagement and retention, and enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with the broader Marketing Team to leverage digital channels effectively.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of acquisition and retention strategies for residential, asset finance, and commercial brokers.
- Design, execute, and manage acquisition and retention campaigns, including timelines, channels, success metrics, and post-campaign analysis.
- Create and disseminate communications and content that align with the acquisition and retention strategies.
- Analyse data and industry insights to inform targeted marketing initiatives that attract new brokers and enhance engagement and loyalty among existing members.
- Develop and maintain a reporting dashboard to track key metrics related to acquisition, retention, and campaign performance.
- Evaluate and optimise social media campaigns and other paid media.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
Your Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in digital media, a proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns, and expertise in CRM software and social media platforms.
You are a results-driven professional with excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, strong commercial and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
