About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at a brand-new children's entertainment venue in Thomastown. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a small team of baristas, preparing coffee and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of baristas and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a high standard
  • Display and present food beautifully to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Create and manage rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Ensure the cafe is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Arrange and present platters for kids' parties and special events
Requirements
  • Strong barista skills and experience in a cafe or restaurant environment
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
  • Passion for customer service and attention to detail
  • Experience in rostering and inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for working with families and children
