Key Responsibilities- Engage directly with participants, addressing their needs, booking appointments, and providing information.
- Assess eligibility and manage access to various payments and services.
- Provide counter/reception support, including assistance at self-service kiosks and managing online inquiries.
- Coordinate office appointments and ensure the smooth operation of office facilities.
- Conduct research and prepare reports and correspondence as required.
- Ensure the accessibility and preparedness of office facilities for participant use.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, high levels of resilience, and the ability to manage challenging conversations in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a client support or customer service role.
- Proven ability to manage high workloads and deliver under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Experience within Government or Disability sectors is highly regarded but not essential.
- 12-month contract offering full-time hours (37.5 per week)
- Hourly rate of $ super.
