Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team in Darwin. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships to understand their unique insurance needs.
- Handle the full cycle of insurance policies, including quotes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the claims team and head office to ensure customer service standards are met.
- Experience working in the Insurance Industry, either claims, underwriting, or broking.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Great working atmosphere and Darwin CBD location with parking provided.
