Beauty Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a charismatic customer service professional to join our team as a Beauty Host. As an ambassador for L'Occitane, this role works as part of the team to achieve sales results and deliver a consistent and positive customer experience at all times.
This is a casual position where you will need to have flexible availability, including working on weekends. You will be working in a dynamic retail environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
About the Role- To assist customers with their purchases and provide expert advice on products.
- To process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- To maintain a clean and organized store environment.
You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment and will be expected to work effectively as part of a team. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous retail experience preferably in skincare or fragrance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
You will be required to have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to and from stores. You will also be required to wear uniform attire and adhere to company policies and procedures.
