Beauty Advisor Role

This part-time position is a unique opportunity to work as a Beauty Advisor in Cairns Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on beauty and fragrance products, and creating a seamless shopping experience for travellers.

About the Role:
  • Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to customers on various beauty and fragrance brands.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and product information through regular brand training.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment that showcases the available products.
  • Process sales efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing them with a memorable and engaging experience.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for beauty and fragrance, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, reflecting positively on the brand.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
  • A valid right to work in Australia and the ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
