Family Lawyer Leadership Opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into a senior role and take charge of a new office in Milton, Brisbane.

You'll have the freedom to manage your own caseload and drive the success of this dynamic family law firm. You'll handle a broad range of family law matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Parenting disputes and child custody
  • Property and financial settlements
  • Domestic violence matters

While you'll work independently day-to-day, you'll have full administrative and legal support from a supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to advance their career in family law.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of family law matters, including divorce and separation, parenting disputes, property and financial settlements, and domestic violence matters. You will also be expected to drive business growth and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years PAE in family law (private practice preferred)
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and achieve billable targets
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills
  • Admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland with a current Practising Certificate
