We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team and contribute to the process of coating various products with a durable finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation and powder coating of a diverse range of sheet metal, fabricated and machined parts under the supervision of the Factory Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and powder coating a variety of products using hand gun and ovens or similar equipment
  • Ensuring high-quality coatings by maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in powder coating operations and possess strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, an understanding of how to achieve even powder depth across different product shapes and weights is highly desirable.

This full-time position offers:

  • 8 hour shift pattern
  • Day shift working hours
  • Penalty rates applicable
