Powder Coating Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our powder coating workshop.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as hands-on experience with powder coating, prep and finishing work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in powder coating, be confident in their ability to lead a team, and have excellent time management and organisational skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met, assisting with scheduling and meeting deadlines, and maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment.

About You:

  • Previous experience in powder coating is essential.
  • Strong leadership or mentoring skills are required.
  • You must be willing to get hands-on and set the pace for the team.
  • You should be reliable, organised and safety-conscious.
