Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Powder Coater to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading Air Conditioning Manufacturing business based in Greater Western Sydney.

  • The position is available for immediate start, offering competitive above award rates of $32.00-$33.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in the increase of projects and workload by providing high-quality powder coating services.
  • To read and understand engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate preparation of materials.
  • To take pride in work and maintain a high level of accuracy while preparing powder coating paint.
  • To manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • To possess good communication skills and be able to work well within a team.
  • To follow written standard operating procedures and have a strong work ethic with reliability and commitment.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in powder coating.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Qualifications as a powder coater.
  • Australia work authorization.
Working Conditions

The position requires the ability to start early shifts at 5:45 am and have own transportation due to limited public transportation access.
