The role

Due to an internal secondment, an opportunity has arisen for a Property Accountant to join the team. This position reports to the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities
  • Month end reporting
  • Calculations and reporting on outgoings
  • Reconciliations
  • Stakeholder management
  • Liaising with the asset management team
  • Process improvement
About you

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience working in a property company (agency or owner) or have experience as a Property Accountant from either retail, office or industrial assets.
