Clinical Research Project Manager


Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Research Project Manager to oversee the management of clinical studies from site selection to close-out.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including study managers, data managers, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
  • Conduct site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits to ensure sites are fully trained and compliant with study protocols.
  • Manage study tools, systems, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a life science discipline or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research project management, with a strong background in GCP, ICH, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
