About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our APAC team and play a critical role in delivering Attentive's conversational commerce product offering to a growing region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process with our prospects and act as a technical leader for them
  • Demonstrate technical aspects of the product as a way to solve specific customer problems
  • Provide day-to-day product/technical support to the sales team
  • Share feedback on feature requirements, value proposition and competitive data to help grow and develop new product offerings
  • Collaborate with internal product, sales, client strategy to provide the best customer experience
  • Manage and drive RFP/Is and Security questionnaires
About You
  • At least 3-5+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or related field with CDPs, ESPs, or similar SaaS platforms
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative work environment
  • Energized by trying new things, and enjoy making an impact
  • Able to clearly and concisely articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Familiarity with Looker, Jira, RFP software, Google suite, and Excel
  • Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, and API platforms like Postman
