About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in shaping the future of transport solutions. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, improve operational excellence, and foster strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of transport solution design strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize national and regional transport networks.
  • Design and implement digital capabilities, analytics, and automation into solution design tools and methodologies.
  • Evaluate and balance asset-based, hybrid, and 4PL models to optimize for cost, flexibility, and service performance.
  • Develop robust commercial models to inform pricing strategies, tenders, and investment cases.
  • Serve as a senior advisor during customer engagements, including tender presentations and innovation workshops.

The successful candidate will have a relevant university degree, minimum 10 years of experience in transport solution design or supply chain strategy, and proven ability to lead large-scale transformation or optimization projects.
