Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a professional and reliable Project Manager to oversee remote projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, people management, commercial acumen, and high-level administration skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing specific site projects in remote locations.
  • Leading the team at a concrete batch plant, agitator truck fleet, drivers, and plant staff.
  • Maintaining health and safety, quality, environment, and maintenance of assets.
  • Negotiating project contracts, including client relationships and customer service.
  • Delivering and maintaining high-level project documentation.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Total dedication to safety and risk management.
  • Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to problem solve.
  • Computer literacy, contract, logistics, and resourcing experience highly valued.
  • A valid C Class Driver's License.
