- Champion best-practice safety standards and statutory obligations.
To be successful, you will bring:
- 5+ years in a senior supervisory or operational leadership role within mining or processing operations.
- Strong experience across fixed plant, including conveyors, SCADA/PLC control systems, and maintenance planning.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and overall profit centre performance.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of developing teams and embedding a safety-first culture.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with exposure to client-facing and regulatory environments.
- Relevant qualifications: Statutory Training for Responsible Managers is essential. Diploma of Leadership/Management or trade qualifications are advantageous.
This opportunity offers the chance to step into a key leadership role within a major mining operation. You'll gain exposure to complex processing assets, develop your leadership career, and contribute to the safe, efficient, and profitable running of a high-performing site.
