Marketing Strategy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive growth and deliver real impact across paid media activity. As a leader in the field, you will develop and execute strategies leveraging expertise in AI tools, data analysis, and creative campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels, collaborating with internal teams and media agencies.
  • Utilize AI tools for audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Manage performance across search, social, display, and emerging channels to deliver strong ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, exploring new platforms and championing data-led experimentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, including strategy, execution, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.) and the tools that power performance marketing.
  • A sharp analytical mind with the ability to turn insights into action, and confidently present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach and solid stakeholder engagement skills across multiple teams.
