Digital Performance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital demand engine and drive revenue growth. This high-growth role is ideal for a performance marketing leader who excels in data analysis, execution, and ROI.
The successful candidate will take ownership of generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and managing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. They will also lead our Social Media Coordinator and external performance/web agencies, optimize paid media and landing pages, and build automated lifecycle journeys.
Requirements- Proven track record in performance marketing within property/real estate or other high-consideration categories
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Strong expertise in CRO, segmentation, attribution, and lifecycle automation
- Agency management experience with a clear focus on CPQL, SQLs, and revenue
