Orica is seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our team at our Kalgoorlie offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Ensure effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through various mediums.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely and efficient data processing.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in administration and clerical procedures, with advanced computing skills including Microsoft Excel and SAP. They will also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as high attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Tasks:
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Delivering world-class service to customers.
- Processing invoices and raising procurement requests.
Operational Tasks:
- Making freight bookings via the Cora Freight Portal.
