Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our educational community as a well-being and personal development specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing evidence-based psychological services to students, conducting assessments, and developing strategies for students with learning, behavioural, and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological support to K-12 students on an individual basis.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop student learning and wellbeing plans.
  • Deliver workshops or presentations on mental health and resilience for students, parents, and staff.
  • Support crisis intervention when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive school culture.
Key Qualifications
  • APAC-accredited postgraduate qualification in psychology.
  • Recognised qualification in Counselling.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
