Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dynamic Store Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our afternoons team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during peak periods.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Dynamic Store Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting customers, receiving stock, maintaining the store's appearance, and performing other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Receiving and stocking merchandise, including handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintaining the store's appearance, including cleaning and organizing shelves and displays.
  • Working effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods.
