Job Title: Nurturing Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead our Early Childhood program at Curry Kids Early Learning Centre.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality childcare services. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to develop and implement engaging educational programs, and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
  • Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional childcare services
  • Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment for children
  • Build positive relationships with families and the community
  • Keep accurate developmental records and communicate progress with families
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and childcare regulations
Requirements:
  • Completion of Certificate III or IV in Children's Services with proof of enrolment in an AQF Diploma in Children's Services, OR Diploma in Children's Services (AQF Level 2) OR Advanced Diploma or higher in Children's Services or Education
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current Police Clearance
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in early childhood education
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
