Endoscopy Nursing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced endoscopy nurse to take on a clinical leadership role within our Endoscopy Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for an advanced clinician to strengthen health outcomes by delivering safe, quality care in partnership with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

  • This position will involve providing advanced clinical leadership and direction to improve care delivery in the Endoscopy Unit.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement standards of practice, models of care, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will offer specialist advice, information, and consultation to staff on patient safety and quality initiatives.

This role requires extensive experience in endoscopy nursing with a demonstrated advanced level of clinical expertise. You will need contemporary leadership skills to facilitate ongoing clinical practice development and be able to initiate, guide, and motivate a multidisciplinary team in innovation, change management, quality improvement, and clinical risk management activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in endoscopy nursing with a demonstrated advanced level of clinical expertise.
  • Contemporary leadership skills to facilitate ongoing clinical practice development.
