We are seeking an individual who is passionate about Housing and has the skills and experience to assist customers achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously as part of a team, building strong relationships with customers and staff alike.
Excellent communication skills are essential, allowing you to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Able to maintain accurate and professional records, this role requires attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, reliable, flexible and able to take initiative when needed.
Prior experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those with complex needs, is highly desirable.
A relevant qualification or certification in Social Services, Community Development or Property Management would be an asset.
