Job Title: Team Members

We are seeking a team member to join our team at the rice-workshop in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking
  • Provide exceptional customer service to promote satisfaction
  • Take and serve food and drink orders
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment

Requirements:

  • Efficiently work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Japanese restaurant experience is an advantage but not required

Working Hours:

Shift work including Monday to Sunday 11:30 AM - 3 PM and 4:30 PM - 9 PM

Training Provided:

Training will be provided if you have no prior experience
