Job Description

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for following our high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures and cleaning to ensure that our guests' experience is always the best it can be.

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers with a smile.
  • Preparing and serving fast, fresh and healthy Mexican food according to our recipes and procedures.
  • Following Zambrero's high standards of cleanliness and safety to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Assisting with daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and tidy restaurant.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Good communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
