- Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations and cost reports.
- Manage project budgets and communicate variations.
- Support final account negotiations and claims resolution.
- Produce clear cost documentation for timely project decisions.
- Mentor junior team members for growth and excellence.
- Experience as Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor in consultancy environment.
- Expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management.
- Chartered or working towards completion – full support provided.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
