Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face and phone-based customer support
  • Perform hearing screening checks and hearing aid maintenance
  • Confirm and schedule client appointments
  • Source external lead generation opportunities
  • Assist clinics in performing effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-centric role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills and technical aptitude
  • Administration experience an advantage, but full training will be provided
  • Sales experience an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple calendars
