Customer Service Champion

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service organization working with diverse communities;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with people from varied backgrounds and cultures;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands;
  • Proficiency in using technology to undertake a range of administrative functions.
