Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with Energy: Motivate your team to drive revenue growth through energy-filled performances.
  • Boost Revenue: Run successful shifts, enhance the guest experience, and exceed sales targets.
  • Create WOW Spaces: Implement innovative ideas and initiatives to transform our venue into a premier entertainment destination.
  • Support Your Team: Inspire and coach a high-energy team of customer service professionals.
  • Handle Operations: Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house portfolios, including rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more.
  • Cultivate Culture: Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that makes coming to work exciting and rewarding.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year people management experience.
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • An obsession with providing the best guest experiences.
  • Experience in driving revenues on shift.
  • Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency and positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackles multiple priorities.
  • Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders.
