As a leading health and aged care provider in Australia, we strive to set the global standard for relationship-based care for people with complex needs.", "About the role": "This role is responsible for overseeing HammondCare's treasury function, ensuring that all current and projected operational cash requirements are met while optimizing returns on excess funds through suitable investments.", "Key Responsibilities": ["Optimize the use of funds in cash accounts, term deposits, and managed funds", "Manage loan drawdowns and repayments in line with agreed bank facilities", "Maintain daily relationships with banks and other financial institutions", "Monitor and forecast daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash flows, including investment portfolios", "Prepare bank covenant reports required by banks", "Prepare monthly treasury reports for the Head of FP&A, Financial Controller, CFO, Executive, Finance Committee, and Board, including investment performance and compliance with the Reserves, Investment, and Liquidity Policy", "Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare formal cash flow forecasts as part of the planning cycle", "Journals and reconciliations related to the treasury function", "Prepare and lodge monthly BAS"]}
