Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee project schedules, manage costs, and ensure superior quality outcomes. They will facilitate clear communication with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.

The construction leader will be responsible for managing accurate site documentation, including material orders, daily reports, and safety compliance records. Maintaining strict adherence to safety standards is essential.

A regular site inspection will be required to assess work quality, progress, and identify potential improvements or risks. Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve problems efficiently in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on construction projects for Tier 1, 2 or 3 principal contractors.
