Senior Construction Leadership Position

Join a dynamic team of construction professionals and take on the challenge of leading a fast-growing property development company. As a senior leader in our construction department, you will oversee day-to-day business operations, client service, and support functions. Your expertise will drive strategic planning, process efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Leads the construction delivery team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Oversees financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability across all construction projects
  • Ensures effective project time management, from planning to execution and delivery
  • Drives strategic planning and process efficiency initiatives to improve operational excellence
  • Optimizes logistics centre operations, including cabinet inventory management and demand planning
  • Leads end-to-end project execution across internal teams and external partners
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
  • Manage key relationships with contractors, OEMs, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to direct reports to drive team success and growth
  • Ensure on-site safety standards are met and monitor construction quality to prevent delays and cost overruns
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in senior operations or construction management roles
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking financial forecasts, and helping projects stay profitable
