Construction Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring buildability, programme, and quality are considered from design through to handover.

  • This individual will manage and mentor delivery teams, maintain relationships with key consultants and subcontractors, and ensure each project aligns with our company's design and quality expectations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee project teams and support Site and Project Managers
    • Work closely with Development and Design teams during early phases
    • Ensure programme, quality, safety targets are met
    • Select and manage key subcontractors and suppliers
    • Provide input on buildability, staging and construction methodology
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards
About You
  • Strong experience as a Construction Manager or Project Director in high-density residential or mixed-use developments is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and support site teams
  • Strong understanding of buildability, staging, and design resolution
  • Excellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related
