About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Services Site Manager to join our team at SYC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Employment Coaches and overseeing the coordination and delivery of job placements to participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Manage and provide leadership to a team of Employment Coaches
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Service Delivery
    • Oversee the coordination and delivery of job placements to participants
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment services programs
  • Performance Management
    • Track and report on key performance indicators and outcomes of employment services
    • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and compassionate leader with a passion for helping individuals to find employment. You will have a proven track record of leading a successful team and experience in Employment, Community Services or Business Services Management or a related field.

You will be able to plan, manage and monitor outcomes, targets, and budgets, and have well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective cross-cultural relationships and be respectful and responsive to the needs, values, and experiences of others.
