About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our iOS development team at carsales. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the iOS team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs.
- Technical Leadership
Provide technical vision and direction to the iOS team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. - Team Management
Direct report line management responsibilities of two talented engineers, while managing the delivery of our outsourced providers. - Strategy and Innovation
Help design and lead the implementation of our strategy for technology while ensuring the implementation and enforcement of technology standards across the organization. - Communication and Advocacy
Advocate and communicate technology capabilities internally and externally, including leadership, customers, partners, and vendors. - Feature Development
Enhance and deliver existing features to our application.

Understand and share expertise in people leadership, motivating, coaching, mentoring and developing software engineers.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
You are a technical expert in iOS development and delivery.
Experience with Flutter would be a bonus.
