- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with customers and suppliers to problem-solve and implement sustainable changes in quality processes.
- Business Development: Identify, frame, and pilot new business opportunities in all categories, in connection with global product development.
- Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualified in a relevant field such as Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or similar.
- Technical Management Experience: Significant technical management experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization.
- Quality Management Experience: Very strong quality management experience, leading all aspects of quality within a manufacturing environment.
- Value Optimization: Lead value optimization processes with products across the business, including re-engineering products, new processes, and ingredient substitution.
- Customer-Centric: Must be customer-centric and able to work in collaboration directly with the customer to develop product solutions.
- High-Speed Environment: Must have experience working in a high-speed, fast-paced environment.
