Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at TeamLogic IT in SE Grand Rapids, MI. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our team, ensuring the successful implementation of IT solutions and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and guidance to the team on IT solutions and infrastructure projects.
  • Work with the implementation partner to ensure detailed system configuration and integration requirements are met.
  • Ensure the integrity and system setup are appropriate for the proposed solution.
  • Escalate risks and issues with the Project Manager.
  • Work with the Peter Mac IT and SAP System Administration team to deliver a seamless integration between Peter Mac systems.
  • Assist with data mapping and migration tasks.
  • Assist with go-live activities such as implementation and support.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in ICT applications, network, and infrastructure.
  • Experience working on UKG implementation projects with experience in data migration and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • A strong solid technical background in infrastructure technologies, such as Microsoft infrastructure, Citrix, VMware, databases, Office 365, and cloud technologies.
  • A strong technical knowledge of Windows and Windows networking technologies, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Windows desktop operation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with business and IT partners.
  • Experience in data migration and data analysis activities on large-scale projects.
  • Willingness to do hands-on technical work as well as be the technical lead.
  • Strong leadership skills, including proven experience in coordinating senior technical resources and possessing the ability to influence and guide technical outcomes.
  • Ability to develop as-built documentation.
  • Experience in reviewing and analyzing complex technical design and architectural documentation.
  • The ability to translate design information into requirements and build activities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
