**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Liaising effectively with key stakeholders

- Maintaining accurate communication records

- Performing market reviews and maintaining up-to-date lease records

- Coordinating and facilitating ingoing, routine, and outgoing reports

- Maintaining up-to-date maintenance records

- Coordinating digital marketing to seek new tenants

- Conducting relevant checks to match tenants with investment properties

- Providing excellent communication to all clients

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Current Agent's Representative Certificate

- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle

- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills

- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an elite customer experience

- Proactive, punctual, and reliable

- Demonstrated success in a similar role

- Proven mediation experience in resolving tenancy tribunal matters

- Strong administration skills; organized, thorough, systems-oriented with meticulous attention to detail

- Excellent personal presentation and grooming

- Proven ability to efficiently manage a portfolio of properties, LL & TT
