Leadership Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a portfolio of claims and manage the workflow of claims specialists. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, leadership qualities, and experience in personal injury claims management.

  • Oversee a portfolio of claims across a team of claims specialists
  • Manage the workflow of claims from lodgement through to closure
  • Ensure Claims Specialists are resourced to deliver the target customer experience
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members on their call quality and outputs
  • Encourage an environment of sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure continuous improvement within the team
